You must contact me about any issues within 14 days of your order's arrival. You may do this via the e-mail address stated above or by telephone under +4951189823615, though I recommend contacting me via e-mail as I am not always available by telephone.
If your item(s) arrive in a damaged state or you wish to return them, you can fill out the form at the bottom of this page or contact me customerservice(at)riotcakes.com. Item(s) you wish to return and damaged items must be sent back to me within 14 days of their arrival. The shipping costs for returning an undamaged item must be carried by the customer. The items must be shipped in a way to ensure their safe arrival. Once the items are returned you will receive a refund through the same payment option you originally paid with (if you paid via PayPal, you will receive your money back via PayPal, too) or the damaged item will be exchanged for a new item which will be resent at no cost to you. If you, however, request non-standard shipping for your items to be resent, then you must carry the shipping costs.

If a situation occurs where I must cancel your order I will refund your payment(s) in full.
All items are inspected prior to shipping for any faults. Minor variations, for example in colour or placement of the design, are, however, possible. Every item is handmade and may thus differ slightly from the next.
